Skilled Volunteers Needed
We need volunteers who are skilled in the courses that we offer. Perhaps you are a teacher of motor mechanics (for example) in your own country who could contribute time to our students while in Bwindi, and other parts of Uganda, on holiday.
We welcome any volunteers, regardless of their skill base, who are prepared to give their valuable time to assist with College development.
Volunteer Activities
Some of the activities we envisage our volunteers could undertake are:
- Teaching
- Giving life advice to students
- Providing guidance to the college administrators on ideas for enhancement
- Using the knowledge gained about the College from volunteering, to advance the college to the outside world
- Giving technical support/information, eg for making proposals and selling them
- Fundraising, for example setting up GoFundMe pages
The college can provide accommodation to volunteers for their stay with us.
